Must Have Skills:

Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Requirements (BA focus):
- Elicit, analyze, and document business needs, turning them into user stories, Epics, and functional requirements within the Salesforce platform.
- Map out process flows and perform impact analysis for enhancements, defects, and configuration changes.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support end-user training to drive adoption.
- Maintain documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and data mapping.
Agile Leadership (Scrum Master focus):
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Remove blockers and dependencies, empowering the development team.
- Oversee project planning, delivery timelines, and sprint velocity to ensure timely Salesforce releases.
Minimum Years of Experience:
