Coffee is becoming a bigger and bigger part of who we are, and we're looking for the right person to lead it.
We're searching for a creative coffee nerd who knows the craft inside and out and wants to build something special. This isn't just about pulling great espresso. It's about creating a coffee program people talk about, leading a great team, and helping shape what's next at Campground.
You'll:
- Manage, hire, train, and schedule our baristas
- Run the day-to-day coffee operation
- Develop seasonal drinks and menu offerings
- Maintain quality, inventory, and equipment
- Help grow and evolve our coffee program
You're Someone Who:
- Knows specialty coffee inside and out
- Has café or coffee management experience
- Loves sharing great coffee without the pretension
- Is organized, creative, and enjoys building something
