Registered Nurse (RN) – Health Care Practitioner Supervisor (Contract)
Pay: $70–$85/hour
Job Type: Part-Time Independent Contractor (1099)
Schedule: Flexible Approximately 5–10 hours/week during startup

Truthfully Yours LLC is a newly established New Jersey home support agency preparing for Health Care Service Firm (HCSF) registration. Our mission is to provide compassionate, non-medical in-home support that helps individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent while giving families peace of mind.
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as our Health Care Practitioner Supervisor and assist in building a compliant, high-quality agency from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the agency's Health Care Practitioner Supervisor.
- Assist with HCSF registration and regulatory compliance.
- Review and develop policies and procedures.
- Provide clinical consultation regarding agency operations.
- Assist with staff orientation and training.
- Ensure compliance with New Jersey home care regulations.
- Participate in quality assurance activities.
- Be available for consultation as the agency grows.
Qualifications
Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License
Home care, home health, hospice, case management, or healthcare leadership experience
Strong understanding of New Jersey home care regulations preferred
Experience with HCSF agencies strongly preferred
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience opening, supervising, or managing a New Jersey home care agency or Health Care Service Firm are highly encouraged to apply.
