This position performs related technical duties in the preventative and corrective maintenance of county buildings and facilities, including maintaining and repairing HVAC, boiler, electrical, plumbing, septic, life safety, and other building systems. An incumbent in this position may be designated “Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician.”
Starting Wage: $52,173.84 - $62,018.30 annually
- Knowledge and level of competency commonly associated with completion of specialized training in the field of work, in addition to a high school diploma.

State/local issued trade license or certification in related trade or sufficient experience to understand the basic principles relevant to the major duties of the position, usually associated with the completion of an apprenticeship/internship or having had a similar position for one to two years.
