Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and related equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections to ensure efficiency and reliability
- Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, airflow, and mechanical issues in a timely manner
- Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams for accurate diagnostics and repairs
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards and industry regulations
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs, recommendations, and system performance
- Complete service documentation and work orders accurately using ServiceTitan
- Operate company vehicle safely while traveling to residential and commercial job sites
- Collaborate with team members and office staff to complete service calls efficiently and maintain high customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician or similar role preferred
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and mechanical skills
- Experience servicing residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Knowledge of refrigerants, airflow, electrical components, and HVAC controls
- EPA certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
- Customer-service oriented with strong communication skills
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus
- Experience with refrigeration, commercial HVAC, or plumbing systems is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
