Regional Sales Manager – Toro Denver, CO Territory

This role is not retail merchandising or entry-level sales support.
Saleslink is seeking an experienced territory-focused sales professional to manage and grow The Toro Company’s presence across the Denver, CO market. This role is built for someone who understands how to manage a geographic territory, influence decision-makers, execute sales strategy in the field, and be accountable for results.
You will serve as the primary field leader for Toro across assigned retail partners—owning relationships, driving execution, and translating strategy into measurable growth.
If you’ve successfully managed a territory, built customer trust, and delivered results without needing day-to-day supervision, this role is for you.
What You’ll Own
- Full territory responsibility for Toro within assigned Colorado region accounts
- Sales performance execution across multiple locations, driving volume, assortment, and placement
- Strategic relationship management with store leadership and key decision-makers
- Field leadership—planning store visits, demo days, promotions, and seasonal initiatives
- Product training & influence—equipping store teams to confidently sell Toro products
- Execution excellence—ensuring merchandising, signage, and product presence meet brand standards
- Business insight—reviewing sales trends, identifying opportunities, and adjusting execution accordingly
- Autonomous planning—managing your schedule, travel, and priorities to maximize territory results
What We’re Looking For
This role is best suited for candidates with real territory sales experience.
Required Experience
- 3+ years of outside sales, territory management, or field-based sales experience
- Proven success managing a geographic territory with minimal oversight
- Strong ability to influence store leadership and drive execution through relationships
- Comfort being measured by performance, not activity
- High level of organization, planning, and follow-through
Preferred Background
- Experience in consumer products, durable goods, equipment, or B2B-to-retail sales
- Prior responsibility for sales targets, growth initiatives, or territory performance
- CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory (overnights during peak season)
- Ability to lift/move equipment up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet as needed
- Must reside in or near the Denver, CO territory
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $60,000 – $70,000
(Commensurate with experience)
