Job Summary
Success Rehabilitation is seeking a creative Content Creator Intern to capture and develop engaging video and photo content across multiple locations. This role focuses on documenting therapy sessions, community activities, and rehabilitation programs to increase awareness of traumatic brain injury (TBI) and share meaningful, real-life stories.
The intern will collaborate closely with Marketing Intern Supervisor and various therapy departments to plan, film, edit, and post content that educates, inspires, and highlights the impact of rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to offsite locations (~3x/week) to capture video and photos of sessions, activities, and community-based programming
- Edit content into short-form videos (Reels, TikTok), testimonials, and educational/awareness posts
- Assist with posting content and writing captions, collaborating on messaging and strategy
- Work with Marketing Intern Supervisor and clinical departments (OT, PT, Speech, Cognitive Rehab, etc.) to coordinate filming schedules and identify appropriate content opportunities
- Communicate effectively with therapists and staff to ensure content is accurate, respectful, and aligned with program goals
- Stay current with social media trends and contribute creative ideas that align with TBI awareness
- Track basic engagement metrics (views, saves, shares, comments) to identify what resonates
- Upload, organize, and maintain video/photo content in an online library, ensuring files are clearly labeled, categorized, and easily accessible for future use
- Utilize mobile devices and editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Final Cut, iMovie, Clipchamp, etc.)
- Gain experience using equipment such as tripods, gimbals, microphones, and lighting
Qualifications Required:
- Interest in content creation, social media, or digital marketing
- Interest in working with individuals with TBI and healthcare environments
- Willingness to learn and assist within a therapeutic setting
Strong communication skills and reliable transportation
