Nataly's Learning Center, LLC is a small business in Odessa, TX. Our program gives children ages 6-weeks through 12 years old enriching oportunities to develop the whole child.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the curriculum
- Prepare engaging and interactive classroom activities and materials
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding students' academic performance and behavior
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience
- Stay updated on current teaching methods, educational research, and best practices
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Pass background Check
- Strong knowledge of the subject matter being taught
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, flexibility, and adaptability in working with diverse student populations
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain discipline
- Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes
