Certification and Specialty Pharmacy experience are not required for this position. We welcome both experienced and entry-level candidates who are eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medication management for patients with complex chronic conditions requiring specialty medications, including ongoing monitoring and follow-up
- Offer personalized support to patients, involving:
- Clinical counseling
- Medication adherence monitoring
- Side effect management
- Accurately review and dispense all medication orders
- Provide professional, courteous communication with patients, providers, and other stakeholders through telephone and electronic communication
