As a Host, you will manage reservations, greet guests, and ensure smooth seating and guest flow throughout the restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of the restaurant
- Manage restaurant reservation systems and walk-in seating efficiently using Resy
- Coordinate seating arrangements
- Maintain organized waitlists and communicate wait times clearly to guests
- Assist with guest services by addressing special requests or concerns promptly and courteously
- Support food safety protocols by ensuring cleanliness and adherence to hygiene standards in guest areas
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hospitality best practices
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods throughout shifts
- No experience necessary
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
