Looking for a part-time and full-time line cook to join our fun and dedicated team on week- and weekend nights.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 1-2 Years of experience in high-volume settings, fine dining, and/or casual establishment
- Passion for high-quality ingredients and exceptional service
- Eager to learn from skilled chefs and work with a multitude of different style and globally influenced ingredients / dishes
- Experience in working with fish, meats, butchery and able to accurately follow receipts
- Have the ability to work quickly and efficiently, while maintaining an organized work space
- Must be Collaborative and Driven
- Adherence to safe food handling practices
- Full participation in being a sustainable and low impact businesses
- Ability to lift 50lbs and be on your feet 8-10 hours a day
- Graduate from an accredited culinary school (plus)
