Overview
The Client Relationship Specialist serves as a central point of contact for Arazon’s nationwide client base and is responsible for the seamless delivery of the client experience, from onboarding through ongoing relationship management. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients. This role requires equal facility with people and process — building trusted relationships with mass affluent and high-net-worth clients while managing the operational infrastructure that supports advisor productivity and regulatory compliance. Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study (i.e., financial planning, finance, business, etc.)
- 5 years of work experience post graduation.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite; general adeptness with technology.
- Willingness & ability to obtain SIE and Series 66 (or Series 65 and 7) licenses within 120 days of hire.
- Ability to pass a thorough background check.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-centric demeanor.
Duties
- Serve as primary operational point of contact for existing clients; respond to inquiries regarding account status, transfers, statements, and service requests.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for client review meetings, including performance reports, financial plan summaries, and agendas.
- Manage client onboarding workflow from initial documentation through account funding; ensure accuracy of all paperwork and timely execution.
- Proactively communicate with clients regarding account updates, required documentation, and firm announcements.
- Maintain and update client records in the CRM platform (e.g., Redtail) with accuracy and timeliness.
- Support advisors in deepening client relationships through scheduling, follow-up, and relationship touchpoints aligned with Arazon's service model.
- Oversee day-to-day operational workflows including account maintenance, asset transfers, beneficiary changes, and distributions.
- Coordinate with custodian(s) (e.g., LPL Financial, Schwab, Fidelity) to resolve operational issues and ensure timely processing.
- Assist with preparation and filing compliance-related documentation including ADV updates, client disclosure delivery, and books-and-records maintenance.
- Manage office technology stack including CRM, portfolio reporting software, and document management systems.

Pay: $61,955.65 - $78,792.87 per year
