- Provide skilled nursing care for children (birth–8 years old)
- Follow physician orders & individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
- Document care and progress
- Active Louisiana LPN License
- 1+ year pediatric experience (required)
- Current CPR Certification (or ability to obtain during orientation)
- A heart for kids and a passion for pediatric care ❤️
