Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs
- Demonstrate product features through engaging demos and explain technical details clearly to diverse clients
- Negotiate pricing, upsell additional products or services, and effectively close deals to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage account details using POS systems, handle cash transactions accurately, and maintain organized client records
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships for repeat business
Requirements
- Proven 3 + years of experience in outside sales, retail sales, or construction sales with a focus on high-end or luxury markets
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to build rapport and close deals confidently
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging a diverse customer base effectively
- Experience with inside sales activities such as product demos, merchandising, POS handling, and customer service
- Ability to organize multiple appointments efficiently while managing detailed account information
- Basic math skills for retail math calculations and estimating project costs accurately
- Familiarity with water filtration systems and installation is highly desirable
