What You'll Be Doing (Depending on Skill Level):
- Performing general maintenance tasks, including repairs, cleaning, and equipment upkeep
- Using power tools and hand tools for grounds maintenance
- Conducting regular building inspections to identify safety and maintenance needs
- Communicating with tenants, vendors, and other staff to coordinate repairs or improvements
- Logging work completed and reporting issues to the facilities team or supervisor
