About the Role
Modern hospitals, data centers, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities rely on sophisticated automation systems to control HVAC equipment, energy consumption, critical infrastructure, and occupant comfort. Vanguard installs the electrical infrastructure that makes these smart building systems work.
We partner with leading Building Management System (BMS) and controls contractors to deliver electrical installations for complex, mission-critical facilities across North America.
This role is designed for an ambitious engineering graduate who wants to understand how buildings actually work, not just in theory, but from the first drawing set to the final bid. You will work directly with experienced estimators, operational leaders, and company executives while learning the technical, commercial, and operational aspects of construction and building automation.
Unlike many entry-level positions, you will gain exposure to estimating, field operations, client interactions, project execution, and leadership decision-making from the start.
