We are seeking a paralegal with experience handling personal injury claims, and who can handle a fast-paced litigation practice. The job will involve client communication, opening and closing files, obtaining medical records, conducting status checks and file reviews, discovery, responding to discovery requests, scheduling, managing the calendar and writing demands. Other responsibilities include maintaining client satisfaction, ensuring that cases are updated, coordinating conferences with the attorney, assisting in preparation of evidence, executing litigation tasks, and providing litigation support. Proficiency in MS Word and Adobe Acrobat is required.
