Description:
BridgeWater Assisted Living is currently seeking Certified Caregivers to assist to residents in the Assisted Living Program and Memory Care with their activities of daily living, enabling them to lead a quality life while maintaining their dignity.
*** Must have a caregiver certification through an Arizona NCIA board. ***
Now hiring for the following shifts:

6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
-
2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
-
10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Responsibilities:
-
Take and record vital signs, including height, weight, and fluid intake/output
-
Observe residents for any changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the supervisor
-
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
-
Provide medication reminders and support with medication management in accordance with community policies
-
Safely transfer, reposition, and assist residents with ambulation as needed
-
Deliver basic skin care and support overall resident comfort and well-being
-
Support restorative and rehabilitative care programs as directed
-
Assist with and contribute to resident assessments and individualized care plans
-
Provide compassionate care for residents with dementia and other cognitive impairments
-
Follow individualized care schedules and service plans established by supervisors
-
Offer emotional support and encourage social engagement to enhance residents’ quality of life
-
Promote and protect resident rights, ensuring dignity, respect, privacy, and independence at all times
-
Monitor for and report any signs of abuse, neglect, or safety concerns
-
Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with community standards
-
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must have a caregiver certification through an Arizona NCIA board approved caregiver training course or willing to obtain one within 90 days of hire.

Previous experience in a related field highly preferred.

Previous experience in Senior Living Community preferred.

A High School diploma or GED.
