Job description:

Preparation of advanced Individual, Partnership, Corporate and Trust tax returns

Review of intermediate Individual, Partnership, Corporate and Trust tax returns
-
Preparation of federal and state quarterly estimated tax payments
-
Assist with tax audits and tax research projects
-
Handle multiple engagements at one time and meet deadlines
-
Ask appropriate questions when faced with difficulties
-
Produce deliverables that are clear, concise, thorough and of professional quality
-
Provide guidance and feedback to staff and interns
-
Facilitate and partake in office trainings and mentorship program
-
Dedicated to meeting and exceeding the expectations and requirements of internal and external clients

Qualified candidates will possess the following:
-
3 or more years of experience in public accounting
-
Undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting or Tax
-
CPA certification obtained or in progress
-
Excellent organization and time management skills
-
Highly detail-oriented, organized and proactive
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-service focus
-
Strong computer skills; knowledge of ProSystem Tax and Engagement a plus
-
Technical skills reflective of experience
-
An ability to work within a team framework and comfortable reporting to multiple people
