Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician with strong skills in masonry to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to a wide range of maintenance work orders. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Have basic knowledge of most construction and building maintenance trades.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests for maintenance.
- Provide detailed accounts of all work performed and provide photo documentation.
Qualifications:
- Must have own tools.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills in English for clear documentation and team collaboration.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
