American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Surgery/OR position requiring 2+ years OR experience and a WI or compact RN license.

Work in the Surgery department of a hospital setting
-
Rotating 4x10-hour shifts starting at 0630 or 0650, flexible based on OR volumes
-
Contract lengths available between 13-26 weeks
-
On-call responsibilities based on department needs, including weekdays and weekends
-
Holiday call hours rotate with regular staff
-
May be required to float onsite within skill set for this contract only
-
No floating to other sites within 40 miles required

Uses EPIC EMR
-
Active RN license (WI state or compact) currently in hand

Current BLS certification (AHA) required

ACLS certification (AHA) preferred
-
Minimum 2 years of OR experience required
-
Prior travel nursing experience required
-
Robotic surgery experience preferred
-
Scrub nurse experience helpful
-
EPIC EMR experience preferred

Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start

Provide perioperative nursing care in a surgical unit setting

First-time travelers will be considered if they meet experience requirements

Radius rule applies and may affect pay rate for local candidates

Only one submission per Ascension system-wide position is permitted
