Accounting Manager Details:
-
Temp-to-Hire position
-
$33.65 /hour
-
Full Time work available
-
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Complete Accounting Cycle and General Ledger
-
SSCS &QuickBooks Integration
-
Cash, Bank, Credit Card & Clearing Reconciliations
-
Fleet Card & Fuel Vendor Accounting
-
AP, AR & Documentation
-
Payroll Accounting
-
Asset, Expense, Inventory & Department Classification
-
Month-End Close & Financial Reporting
-
Internal Controls, Audit Readiness & Coordination
Accounting Manager Qualifications:
-
5 years of progressively responsible bookkeeping or accounting experience; AA or BA: PREFERRED
-
Strong working knowledge of accrual accounting
-
Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online & MS Office Suite, specifically Excel
-
Experience with SSCS, ADP, fuel accounting, fleet-card settlements, merchant processing and multi-department retail reporting: PREFERRED

Ability to multitask and work independently
