Integrity Athletics (www.integritygym.com), one of the leading children’s athletic facilities in Central Ohio is seeking coaches for our Recreational Gymnastics Programs. We are looking for individuals passionate about school-age children and their development. This person will be a vital member of our team! Job Description:
- Commitment and Reliability to schedule.
- Follow and be accountable to all company policies and procedures.
- Be punctual, arriving on time for your shift.
- Bring energy and excitement to each class.
- Provide positive interactions with staff and students, both verbal and non-verbal
- Supervision, safety, and well-being of each student during class
- Physical, Mental, Social, and Emotional
- Follow lesson plans as set forth by Program Director
- Responsible for the development and progress of each student
- Responsible for the care of company property (i.e. mats, restrooms, offices)
- Enter Attendance into I-Class Pro
- Ensure proper communication pathway is always met.
- Communicate issues, concerns, ideas, and initiatives with Supervisor or Program Leads
Qualifications
- Gymnastics background not required
- Passion for children’s development and a strong commitment to being part of a team
- Passion for athletics and creating a fun environment for learning
- Experience in childcare or athletics programming encouraged
- Ability to teach some nights and/or Saturdays or Sundays required
- Must be comfortable working with children ages 1-4 years old
Compensation/Benefits
Part-time positions are available. Benefits available to full-time employees, including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401K.
