We are currently seeking PIT Operators to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for moving inventory, by doing picking, consolidations, and put-away.
Cherry pickers and reach truck drivers top priority positions for serving our customers' needs. You’ll be key to driving our success!

You Will
- Work THU-FRI-SAT 5:00am to 5:30pm (12 days per month)
- Additional OT day will be mandatory as needed.
- Properly operate Cherry Pickers and reach trucks.
- Complete the Order Picker checklist and ensure the pallet is on forks before lifting.
- Ensure the battery level is not below 25%.
- Ensure the safety harness is in good condition as well as the lanyard.
- Safely pick up pallets from staging locations.
- Put away items. Documenting their locations with Accuracy.
- Practice Safe material handling.
- Count pieces put away and compare them with the scanner.
- Ensure the items put away match with current stock.
- Make sure that each item has a label.
- Ensuring cleanliness of the work area at the end of the day.
- Meet the expectation quota.
- Help other departments if needed.
You Must Have
- Flexible attitude.

- Availability to work the necessary hours to deliver high-quality output.
- A clean and organized work area.
- Willingness to work extended hours (Overtime) when needed.
- Goal-oriented mindset.
- The ability to safely operate stock/cherry picker.
- Intermediate interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
Occasionally: activity exists up to 1/3 of the time (8-12 hour shift)
Frequently: activity exists from 1/3 of the time up to 2/3 of the time (8-12 hour shift)
Constantly: activity exists 2/3 or more of the time (8-12 hour shift)
