Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Manufacturing Engineer to join our innovative production team. Responsibilities
- Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements that increase productivity and quality.
- Develop and validate manufacturing methods, ensuring they meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality assurance, and supply chain to streamline production workflows.
- Lead root cause analysis for process deviations or product defects and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Support new product introductions by designing scalable manufacturing processes and conducting process validations.
- Maintain detailed documentation of process changes, procedures, and compliance records.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or in a similar role within a high-volume production environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, assembly, automation, or fabrication.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, or other continuous improvement tools.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software and process simulation tools is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues systematically.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and present technical information clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field; advanced certifications are a plus. Pay: $87,636.55 - $105,540.80 per year
