We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist Manager to oversee respiratory care services within our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will provide clinical leadership, supervise respiratory staff, ensure quality resident care, and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards.
Manage daily respiratory therapy operations and staff
Provide respiratory assessments and treatments
Oversee oxygen therapy, trach care, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilator support
Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
Assist with staff training and quality improvement initiatives
Current Respiratory Therapist license required
CPR/BLS certification required
Supervisory experience preferred
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
