We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the movement of taxis and ensuring timely pick-ups while maintaining effective communication with drivers and clients. Duties
- Utilize phone systems to communicate effectively with drivers and customers.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling inquiries from customers and drivers.
Experience
- Previous experience in dispatching or a related field is NECESSARY.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems and fleet management software is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for decision-making purposes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be available to work any shift.
