Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Center Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or Elementary Education, and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. We will also accept candidates who are in school earning a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and are willing to commit to a study plan. This role involves planning and implementing educational activities, managing classroom dynamics, and supporting the developmental needs of each child.
Duties
- Develop and implement engaging curriculum tailored to the developmental stages of children.
- Create lesson plans that incorporate literacy education, math, and physical education.
- Provide care for toddlers and preschool-aged children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive interactions among students.
- Foster an inclusive environment that supports children with special needs through early intervention strategies.
- Maintain effective classroom management to create a structured learning environment.
- Assess student progress through standardized testing and provide feedback to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the learning experience and share best practices.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
