Job Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machinery and ensuring the production process runs smoothly and efficiently.
This is a union facility and you must be able to work either shift. However, we will try to work with you to get you on the preferred shift.
1st shift- 7AM-3PM $20.67/ Hour
2nd shift- 3PM-11PM Monday through Friday $20.67 + $1 shift differential = $21.67
3rd shift- 11PM-7AM Sunday through Thursday $20.67 + .75= $21.23
Must be able to stand, reach, lift parts from machine and place on skids for shipment.
Must have High School Diploma or GED, pass drug screen, and background inquiry. Must have steel toed shoes.
Duties
- Operate and monitor machinery used in the fabrication and assembly of products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations. Lift up to 50# not repetitive.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
