About Us
Jersey Behavior Consulting LLC is a small, neurodiversity-affirming behavior analysis practice serving children and families throughout New Jersey. Our approach is grounded in connection, autonomy, and evidence-based practice. We provide child-led, assent-based services informed by child development, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and naturalistic teaching strategies.
We're looking for an RBT who is passionate about ethical, compassionate care and wants to grow professionally in a supportive environment.
Graduate students pursuing BCBA certification are strongly encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do
- Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings.
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
- Collect data and communicate regularly with the clinical team.
- Build trusting, respectful relationships with children and caregivers.
- Participate in supervision and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications
Required:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential, or willingness to obtain certification before starting
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work afternoons and/or evenings
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for working with children and families
Preferred:
- Currently enrolled in or planning to enroll in a master's program leading to BCBA certification
- Interest in neurodiversity-affirming care
- Experience working with autistic children
Schedule
- Part-time
- Flexible afternoon, evening, and occasional weekend availability
- Approximately 6–20 hours per week
