Job Summary
The Janitor is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, orderly, and sanitary environment throughout the facility. This position performs routine cleaning and general housekeeping duties in production areas, offices, restrooms, break rooms, common areas, and other designated areas of the facility.

Duties and Responsibilities
· Clean and maintain production areas, offices, restrooms, break rooms, hallways, entrances, and other assigned areas.
· Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, floors, mirrors, and other fixtures.
· Clean interior windows, doors, glass, and other designated areas as needed.
· Empty and properly dispose of trash and recycling throughout the facility.
· Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and personal protective equipment requirements.
· Maintain adequate supplies of restroom, break room, and janitorial products and notify management when supplies need to be reordered.
· Maintain organized and secure janitorial supply areas.
· Perform other related duties as assigned.
· Perform periodic deep-cleaning tasks, including floors, walls, equipment surfaces, and other areas as assigned.
· Promptly report spills, leaks, damaged equipment, unsafe conditions, or other facility concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
· Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, wipe down, and sanitize surfaces as appropriate.
Skills and Abilities
· Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
· Ability to perform basic repairs and operate tools or equipment used in routine maintenance.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· Knowledge of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
· Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Physical Requirements
· Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
· Prolonged periods standing.
Education and Experience
· High school diploma or equivalent required
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
