Chesapeake Home Health Care (CHHC) is currently seeking 1–2 compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide private duty nursing care for an adult client in Abingdon, Maryland.
This is a long-term, stable assignment where you'll build a meaningful relationship with your patient while delivering high-quality, individualized care in a home setting.

Available Schedule
Tuesday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
We are seeking dependable nurses who can commit to this consistent weekly schedule.
Patient Care Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care for an adult client with quadriplegia, including:
- G-Tube care and feeding support
- Medication administration
- Chest physiotherapy (CPT)
- Nebulizer treatments
- Incontinence care
- Safe transfers and repositioning
- Ongoing assessment, documentation, and communication with the clinical team
Qualifications
- Active Maryland LPN License or Compact State Nursing License
- Previous G-Tube experience required
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
- Reliable transportation and commitment to scheduled shifts
