Job Description
Above & Beyond Child Care and Education Center is a play-based, child-led, and Reggio Emilia–inspired program serving children from birth through age 6. We are a close-knit, collaborative team that values support, connection, and continuous growth. Our teachers spend a large portion of the day outdoors—getting messy, exploring, and discovering alongside the children. We foster a relaxed, supportive environment where educators are encouraged to grow professionally and pursue their passions.
We are seeking individuals who are driven, reflective, and passionate about early childhood education. Teachers at Above & Beyond are responsible for creating meaningful learning experiences rooted in children’s interests, while ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.

Schedule Requirements
Our center operates Monday–Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Candidates must have availability within these hours unless otherwise agreed upon.
Qualifications
- Must meet all state licensing and facility requirements
- Ability to pass a background check
- Up-to-date immunizations (including flu shot)
- Experience and/or education in early childhood preferred
