Gem State Wellness is a growing outpatient mental health practice seeking a fully licensed clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LCPC) to join our team.
We offer strong referral flow, full administrative support, and the opportunity to build a full caseload quickly. Our clinicians focus on providing excellent care while our team handles referrals, scheduling support, insurance credentialing, billing, and marketing.
What We Offer:

What We're Looking For:
- Fully licensed clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LCPC)
- Ability to build and maintain a caseload of approximately 23+ sessions per week
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- A commitment to providing quality outpatient mental health care
- Clinician comfortable working with kids in addition to adults
Scheduling:
While we have flexibility in scheduling, client demand is strongest during afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Clinicians who can offer some availability during these times tend to fill their caseloads most quickly.
