Overview
Valvoline Express Care in Attleboro is looking for a full-time Customer Service Rep (CSR). We are a busy store in a 3-bay shop. We offer the convenience of a quick, stay-in-the-car oil change service, which includes a free car wash.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assess their vehicle service needs with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Perform oil changes efficiently, adhering to safety and quality standards
- Educate customers on recommended maintenance services such as fluid replacements, air & cabin filters, and wiper blades, as well as engine oil types.
- Upsell additional automotive services, without any pressure to the customer
- Assist other employees with completing the oil change service, including fluid checks and tire pressure checks.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments securely while maintaining excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency at all time
- Requirements
- Previous experience as a service advisor at a dealership or similar position in a quick lube setting is highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Familiarity with automotive fluid and filter systems.
- Proven team player
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Basic computer skills for service writing
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
