We're seeking a driven Talent Acquisition & HR leader who wants to help build a high-performing organization by attracting exceptional people, creating scalable recruiting systems, and strengthening our HR infrastructure.

What You'll Own
Talent Acquisition
You'll lead recruiting for key leadership and operational positions including:
- Business Development Managers
- Chief & Senior Estimators
- Project Managers
- Superintendents
- Roofing Sales Professionals
- Corporate and operational support roles
Responsibilities include:
- Building proactive talent pipelines.
- Recruiting passive candidates through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.
- Managing our ATS and recruiting KPIs.
- Creating recruiting strategies that consistently attract top performers.
- Partnering with hiring managers through the full hiring process.
Human Resources
You'll also help strengthen and develop our HR function by:
- Leading onboarding and employee integration.
- Supporting employee relations and performance management.
- Maintaining HR compliance and documentation.
- Improving HR policies, processes, and systems.
- Helping build a scalable HR department that supports long-term growth.

Preferred Experience
- 5+ years in talent acquisition or recruiting.
- Experience recruiting within commercial construction, roofing, or related industries strongly preferred.
- HR leadership or HR management experience.
- Experience implementing or managing an ATS.
- Strong sourcing, networking, and interviewing skills.

Pay: $80,484.81 - $96,927.95 per year
