Arlington Dental Building is a privately owned dental practice that has proudly served the Arlington community for over 80 years. We are looking for a compassionate, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our close-knit team.
Unlike large corporate practices, we are a small, family-oriented office where our team members are truly valued, our patients are known by name, and quality care comes first. We are looking for a hygienist who wants more than just a job - someone who is looking for a long-term home with a supportive team and a loyal patient base.Schedule:
We offer flexible scheduling and are open to both full-time and part-time opportunities.
Office Hours: (let us know what works for you)!
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Tuesday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: Closed
- Every other Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Compensation & Benefits:
- $60–$65+/hour based on experience
- $500 sign-on bonus
- $200 towards health benefits each month

What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
- Friendly, professional, and patient-focused
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Someone who enjoys educating patients and building relationships
- Reliable team player who takes pride in their work
Responsibilities:
- Provide preventive hygiene care including prophies and periodontal therapy as needed
- Perform periodontal charting
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment recommendations
- Collaborate with the doctor during patient exams
- Help create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient
