Montessori School of Chantilly in Blaine is a temporary teacher for full time through September 2026. This position could possibly lead into a full time position or substitute options throughout the year.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
In partnership with parents, the lead teacher observes and assesses children's development, plans curriculum based on child development knowledge, designs the learning environment, and implements and supervises developmentally appropriate learning activities.
Educate the class on subject specific concepts and provide them with opportunities for social rational learning and development of life skills. Lead teachers communicate with parents about their child's progress and can create action plans for addressing issues in behavior or academic performance.
Qualifications:
Montessori Certified preferred (Will train the right candidate)
CPR Certification (Or willing to obtain)
Teaching or Childcare Experience
