We are seeking a Location Attendant to represent Five Star across client breakrooms by ensuring products are fully stocked, fresh, and beautifully displayed. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who take pride in maintaining clean, well-organized spaces, building strong customer relationships, and delivering consistent, high-quality service. You'll be the face of Five Star — keeping breakrooms stocked with the snacks, drinks, and coffee products that fuel our customers' days while upholding the standards that set Five Star apart.

Key Responsibilities

Rotate between client breakrooms to restock and properly display beverages, coffee products, snacks, fresh food, condiments, and sundries in accordance with company plan-o-gram and promotional standards.

Replenish and rotate stock across coolers, shelves, coffee racks, and vending machines following first-in, first-out (FIFO) procedures in both client locations and storerooms.

Inspect and remove products that are at or approaching their best-by date prior to each service visit.

Clean and maintain coffee machines, vending machines, and surrounding stations, including floors; empty coffee grounds and filters regularly.

Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate maintenance needs, theft, vandalism, or inventory shortages to management.

Provide frontline customer service by actively listening to and resolving client complaints.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma/ GED.

Must be able to consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift.

Preferred Qualifications

Merchandising experience.
