Job Summary
We are currently hiring Assemblers to support back-end and box-build assembly operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates will be responsible for assembling products, handling components, and ensuring quality standards are met to support on-time shipments.
Schedule
- 12-hour Day Shift (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) or Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
- Rotating schedule:
- Week 1: 3 days on, 4 days off
- Week 2: 4 days on, 3 days off (includes automatic 8 hours of overtime)
Responsibilities
- Follow verbal and written work instructions and visual aids
- Assemble box-build systems using hand tools, torque drivers, and hardware
- Pull and scan components from bins, flow racks, and Kanban locations
- Verify incoming materials and maintain FIFO inventory process
- Maintain clean and organized work area following 5S standards
- Support inventory counts and material handling processes
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow instructions and visual diagrams
- Comfortable using hand tools and working with small components
- Basic computer skills required
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a production environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Pay: $18.50 per hour
