Schedule
- Full-time position
- 5–6 days per week
- Must be available for days, evenings, and weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations
- Supervise and support front- and back-of-house staff
- Hire, train, and develop team members
- Create and manage staff schedules
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and safety
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Work hands-on during shifts to support the team
- Monitor and improve operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of restaurant management experience
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Background in breakfast, lunch, and dinner service preferred
- Bar experience is a plus
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Experience with Micros POS system or similar
- Ability to hire, train, and motivate staff
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, organized, and able to multitask
Reporting Structure
This position reports directly to the owners.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
