Shift Availability:
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Position Summary
This role requires strong operating and communication skills, with the ability to perform various manufacturing operations, primarily press operation and related duties.

*Meet or exceed production standards while maintaining high quality
Position Responsibilities
*Operate molding machines and structural foam machines (part retrieval)
*Handle, package, and contain non-conforming products
*Perform secondary operations such as:
*Inserting, drilling, milling, trimming
*Heat staking, tapping, assembling, wrapping, strapping
*In-mold decorating, insert molding, and fixturing
*Complete all additional duties as assigned
Essential Requirements:
*Ability to lift up to 60 lbs to shoulder height on a consistent basis
*Ability to push, pull, bend, twist, and stoop regularly
*Ability to grip and hold parts for quality inspection
*Comfortable using hand tools
*Ability to stand for extended periods
