This year, our Leadership Accelerator Program will focus on hiring the next generation of leaders within the North American Sustainability and Procurement department. Candidates will participate in the 18-24 month Sustainability and Procurement Development Program, while receiving the Leadership Accelerator supplemental curriculum to facilitate the transition to Anheuser-Busch. As trainees start at A-B, they will receive 6 months of Leadership Accelerator Program-specific training. In addition, trainees will participate in robust Sustainability and Procurement learning and development activities for the entirety of their time in the program, including rotational assignments. Trainees will be exposed to a wide variety of business areas such as Marketing, Packaging, Raw Materials, Logistics and Sustainability.

In this role, you will be challenged with identifying and implementing cost, cash flow and supply security improvement opportunities through owning category strategy, developing business cases, and leading supplier negotiations. In addition, through Sustainable Sourcing we are leading the way to our Better World Dream and our 2025 Sustainability Goals.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and evaluate product and supplier information, analyze market trends and assess supply base
- Identify savings and cash flow improvement opportunities
- Explore creative solutions to deliver on our 2025 Sustainability Goals
- Negotiate and contract sustainable sourcing solutions
- Perform business case for sourcing scenarios
- Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to develop innovative design changes
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strongly Preferred: Recent graduate up to three years of experience with degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, or Finance, Strategy or with experience/emphasis in Sustainability, Business Strategy and/or Procurement.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Collaborative mindset & effective communicator
- Strategic & conceptual thinking
- Capable of independently managing multiple projects simultaneously and comfortable navigating in ambiguous situations
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
