Responsibilities
- Control access points by verifying identities of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
- Conduct routine patrols of the premises to identify potential safety hazards or unauthorized access.
- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing and reporting theft or vandalism activities.
- Enforce security policies and conflict management protocols to de-escalate tense situations effectively.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks for record-keeping and reporting purposes.
Requirements
- Prior experience or training in law enforcement, military, or security roles is preferred.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with security equipment such as CCTV systems and access control devices.
- Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail for identifying potential threats.
