We’re looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team.
TDC Automotive is a locally owned, family-operated repair shop that’s built a reputation for honesty, quality repairs, and exceptional customer service. We aren’t a dealership or a corporate chain. Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly base wage plus personal and team performance incentives

- Monday-Friday schedule (7:45AM-5:15 PM)
- Ongoing training and professional development
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and guide them through the repair process
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Build and present repair estimates
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Coordinate with technicians to keep repairs moving efficiently
- Follow up on open estimates and previously declined work
- Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
Qualifications
- Previous automotive Service Advisor experience required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Comfortable using computers and shop management software
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to continue learning and growing professionally
