Why Casanova McCann?
Because this isn't a place where multicultural marketing is a specialty. It's who we are.
Here, you'll work alongside strategists, storytellers, designers, and makers who believe that culture isn't a checkbox—it's the starting point for great ideas.
You'll collaborate with ambitious clients, work on nationally recognized brands, experiment with new technologies, and help shape campaigns that influence both business and culture.
If you're looking for a place where your ideas can make a meaningful impact—not just fill another campaign calendar—you'll feel at home here.
Senior Art Director
For more than four decades, we've helped some of the world's most recognized brands build authentic relationships with Hispanic and multicultural audiences—not by translating campaigns, but by creating ideas rooted in culture from the very beginning.
We're looking for a bilingual Senior Art Director who shares that belief. Someone who is as comfortable concepting a national TV campaign as designing a social-first experience, an experiential activation, or an in-store retail moment.
If you're endlessly curious, relentlessly collaborative, and believe that craft matters as much as concept, we'd love to meet you.
Your Role
As a Senior Art Director, you'll help define the creative standard for our agency.
Working alongside copywriters, strategists, designers, producers, account leaders, and clients, you'll develop integrated campaigns that live across broadcast, digital, social, experiential, and retail. You'll create work that earns attention because it's culturally authentic, strategically smart, and beautifully executed.
What You'll Do
- Develop breakthrough campaign ideas from brief through production.
- Partner with copywriters to create integrated creative platforms that work across every channel.
- Art direct television, online video, digital experiences, social content, experiential, and POP communications.
- Translate strategic and cultural insights into visually compelling creative.
- Raise the creative bar through exceptional craft, taste, and attention to detail.
- Present ideas with confidence and clarity to clients and agency leadership.
- Collaborate with photographers, directors, illustrators, editors, animators, developers, and production partners.
- Mentor junior creatives through constructive feedback and creative leadership.
- Help shape the agency's creative culture by contributing ideas, curiosity, and generosity.
- Explore emerging technologies—including AI—as tools to enhance creativity.
We're especially interested in creatives who have:
- A deep understanding of U.S. Hispanic culture and multicultural audiences.
- Experience developing culturally authentic campaigns rather than simply adapting general market work.
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
What You Bring
- 7–10+ years of agency experience in an art direction role.
- A portfolio filled with ideas—not just beautiful executions.
- Experience creating integrated campaigns across broadcast, digital, social, retail and experiential.
- Outstanding design fundamentals including typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with meticulous execution.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
- A passion for mentoring others and elevating the work around you.
- Bilingual Spanish/English a must
