Are you an experienced Revenue Cycle leader with a passion for optimizing reimbursement, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence? We're looking for a Manager of Revenue Cycle Management to lead our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) revenue cycle operations in the St. Louis area.
In this leadership role, you'll oversee Medicare and Medicaid billing, accounts receivable performance, payer enrollment and credentialing, revenue reporting, and team development while partnering with leaders across the organization to maximize financial performance.
We're looking for someone who has:
- 5+ years of Medicare and Medicaid billing experience, preferably in Skilled Nursing (SNF)
- Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and complex billing resolution
- Experience managing Accounts Receivable and revenue cycle KPIs
- Leadership experience developing, coaching, and holding teams accountable
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC), PECOS, payer enrollment, credentialing/recredentialing, and managed care contracts is highly preferred
- Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
