Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Hosts to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties:
- Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or reservations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Knowledge of POS systems, specifically Aloha POS, is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Willingness to assist wherever needed to ensure guest satisfaction
