Summit Floor Coatings is seeking a dependable, hardworking Crew Member to join our team. We specialize in premium residential and commercial decorative concrete floor coating and concrete polishing systems and are committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare concrete surfaces for coating installation.
- Install decorative floor coating and concrete polishing systems.
- Safely operate hand and power tools.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Follow company procedures, installation methods, and safety standards.
- Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
- Protect customer property and represent Summit Floor Coatings with professionalism.
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Willingness to learn and follow directions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work, including standing, kneeling, bending, and lifting throughout the day.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel to job sites throughout Grand Traverse County and the surrounding areas including, but not limited to, Wexford, Kalkaska, Leelanau, Benzie, Manistee and Antrim Counties.
- Flexible availability, as work hours, start times, job locations, and project durations may vary.
- Willingness to complete a background check. Applicants with convictions involving violent crimes, weapons charges, abuse, fraud or theft are not eligible for employment due to the nature of our work in customers' homes and businesses.
Construction, concrete, painting, epoxy flooring, general labor, warehouse, or other skilled trade experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a strong desire to learn..

Pay: $18.50 - $30.00 per hour
