We are looking for an energetic and warm person to help us fill an important role as Veterinary Receptionist and join our Weston Team. This person should be able to greet our customers and patients in a warm and courteous manner and should have a love and passion for pets.
Our practices are equipped with the latest digital x-ray equipment, latest model in-house Heska labs, in-house pharmacy, excellent surgical monitoring capabilities, such as automated digital ventilators (in some of our locations) and much more. All our practices are fully computerized and use electronic medical records.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Welcome and check in guests, answer phone calls and book appointments
- Keep up with medical records, process transactions and billing.
- Confirm next day appointment scheduled.
- Keep up with client’s satisfaction (positive reviews left on Google), offer our product and services, deliver a top-notch customer service.
Education and Licensure Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possession of a valid Florida driver’s license required
Personal Requirements
- Maintain a professional appearance (clothes and attitude)
- Genuinely enjoys working with animals.
- Can stay calm and efficient during a medical crisis.
- Has excellent client communication skills.
- Authorized to work in the USA
